Surviving It All Inc was founded in 1995 by two friends who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping homeless individuals. Since then, we have grown into a thriving nonprofit, serving hundreds of individuals each year.

As a committed 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the success of Surviving It All Inc. rests on the shoulders of our dedicated staff. Each member brings a passion for service, a deep commitment to the communities we serve, and the expertise to execute our mission efficiently. We operate with transparency and humility, ensuring every action reflects our core values.

We are proud to partner with a variety of local organizations to provide the best possible support to our clients. From food banks to healthcare providers, our partners help us extend our reach and impact in the community.

Mary majored in Criminal Justice at Univeristy of Phoenix, Memphis Tennessee. She went on to work with All About The Youth program where she assisted juveniles with truancy issues in the school system. Mary Hoyle is a single mother who is a stroke survivor herself. She has over 45 years in management and has taken the knowledge and tools she has learned throughout her own life to become an advocate for stroke and cancer survivors. Mary was a caregiver to her son for over thirty seven years as he was diagnosed with cancer at the age of three. Through losing her son, to cancer, Mary dealt with deep depression experiencing severe headaches and a major heartache. This propelled Mary to come up with the vision for Surviving It All Inc. Mary is the CEO of Surviving It All Inc Non-Profit Foundation. She is also the CEO of Eura’s Blessings LLC. Mary exhibits empathetic dedication, a willingness to learn, and commitment to hard work. She has spent a major amount of her lifetime dedicated to helping others.

Nakia Cochran met and became a good friend and colleague of Ms. Mary Hoyle in 2012. During this time Mary became a friend of Nakia and Nakia's now deceased mother. Nakia's mother suffered with an autoimmune disorder needing 24 hour care. Nakia served as her mother's primary caregiver between the ages of nineteen until her mother's passing. At that time Nakia was thirty-six. Mary and Nakia together cared deeply helping Nakia's mother through her final days. It was due to this connection that Mary and Nakia came up with the idea for Surviving It All. Nakia has been a business owner, operating her very own food truck and catering business. She has over twenty years of administrative experience working over 10 years with the Atlanta Public School System. Nakia has always had a kind heart and empathetic nature. She truly loves helping others and giving back to the community.

Sondra Allen is the single mother of a daughter. Sondra is the Vice President of Surviving It All Inc. Non-Profit Foundation. Sondra has worked for General Motors for 29 years while being an advocate for Cancer, stroke and Diabetes survivors. Sondra participates in Breast Cancer walks, various fundraisers and caring for the elderly as well as children of single parent homes.

Adrianne Lindesay always had an entrepreneurship background. She started her first business "Braids by Adrianne" at the age of fifteen. She is the overseer of a woman's empowerment group which she named "Good Vibes Only". She currently is a business owner of A&T Loveland Enterprise, LLC located in Detroit, Michigan. The intent of her business is to build affordable assisted living housing, low income housing for homeless individuals and various community outreach in the affordable housing and shelter arena. She has extensive experience in secretarial, data entry, administrative assisting, office and case management. Currently, she is a live in caregiver which she loves dearly. She has been a caregiver most of her life but in this line of work for over a decade. Adrianne truly possesses a genuine heart to help others. She often says that is what she was put on this earth to do. Help others! She is an ordained evangelist with a spiritual light that shines brightly.

We take a holistic approach to help our community with all sorts of needs medical, mental, living, and educational; addressing not only the symptoms of circumstances but also the underlying causes and contributing factors.

Chanbrya works in Public Relations for Surviving It All Inc. She uses her vast experience in digital strategy and storytelling to reflect God’s faithfulness through every season. Chanbrya's experience in digital marketing, eBook curation and sales, as well as social media advertising supports the organization’s mission to uplift, restore, and empower.

Dionte' A. Harvey, B.S. is a diehard single father. He is also a Best-Selling Author, Speaker, Producer, and Child of GOD. Harvey graduated in Business from The Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA as a Black College All-American Basketball Player in 2002.
As a Former Senior Vice President, Mr. Harvey brings 17 years of Full-Time Enterprise to the Surviving It All Inc. vision and mission. This qualifies him to weave a wealth of wisdom, leadership, and humanitarian service into the role of Program Chairperson with a huge heart to help families in high risk situations… Survive Without Limits.

Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From case managers to outreach workers, we work together to provide comprehensive support to our clients.

Jimmicia Steen Witherspoon is an entrepreneur and event designer based in Tennessee. She is also the founder of JW Designs TN an event design company known for creating impactful, elevated event experiences. She serves on the board of Surviving It All, supporting its mission to empower individuals to rise beyond adversity.
